After you submit the form, our consultation services will arrange a meeting to discuss your itinerary design and work together to curate your dream trip.

2 - Consultation

The most important step in the luxury travel planning process is the consultation services meeting. This complimentary session is not just an opportunity to discuss your destination; it is also where we review your budget, desires, likes, dislikes, and everything in between.

After our discussion, you will have the option to secure our services with a planning fee, which varies based on the size of your travel party, the length of stay, and the destination. Once this is confirmed, we can begin the exciting process of itinerary design!

3 - Itinerary Design

Luxury travel begins with you in mind and is completely customized to your preferences. During our consultation services, we initiate the process of crafting an experience tailored specifically for you, carefully considering your requests and connecting them with our exclusive travel partners. We will arrange hotels, transfers, tours, excursions, and more based on your individual needs.
